The warmer weather has inspired lots of outdoor exploration. The students have planted potatoes, dug in the dirt/sand and re-discovered the wonders of the Truckee River. They were also delighted to see that our tulip bulbs have begun to grow. Spring is such an amazing time of year and the students are already expressing interest in the coming change of season. In an attempt to further their curiosity, I’d like to once again fill our atelier with natural materials. Please keep an eye out for any interesting items that you and your child can collect to enhance the shelves of our atelier. Their interest in three-dimensional art has not ceased and natural materials always add great texture to any project.
